• The assessment is based on the findings of the American psychology professor Dr. John G. Geier, whose life’s work was to further develop the four behavioral dimensions of Dominant, Influencing, Steady and Conscientious and to put them on an even better scientific foundation.
• The evaluation of the 4 behavioral dimensions D, I, S and C as well as the 20 behavioral patterns (e.g. DI, SC, ISC) is carried out in this profile with reference to leadership behavior.
